The Athletes’ Energy Strengthening Spray nourishes with 7 color rays, enhances core vitality, and supports the flows of masculine and feminine energies in the body and aura. The spray is helpful for low energy, injuries slow to heal, poor libido, depleted kidneys, overall weakness, overworked muscles and more.

Your Athletes' Energy Strengthening Spray will arrive with a separate spray applicator. Please wash the applicator and set aside. Then remove the safety seal from the bottle, insert the clean applicator, and screw the applicator lid tightly to close. The applicator tube is longer than the length of the bottle so you may have to apply pressure to close the lid.
Directions:
Spray overhead for general strengthening and on local areas to support healing energy there. Spray therapeutic gems to revitalize them.
When to use:
To call in healing and restorative energies energies and nourishing color rays where they are needed most, spray overhead and let the mist settle around you:
- For general weakness, low energy, and malaise.
- To improve your sense of protection if you are accident prone or tend to have weak personal boundaries.
- When recovering from an illness or surgery, to help you get your strength back.
- To nourish your body in preparation for a cleansing, or to rebuild it afterwards. Such cleansings can include detoxification regimens or gemstone therapy energy clearing protocols. (We've found that the most effective clearings occur when the body is well nourished.)
- To strengthen energy flows in your body and aura to overcome stuck feelings and sluggishness, and improve your body's ability to move.
- And dieters can try this every morning to help them feel more interested in exercising and to improve digestion. (As core visceral organ vitality improves, digestion will get better, too.)
Spray directly onto target areas that:
- are slow to heal.
- have experienced a strain or sprain.
- are injured.
- are tight or sore.
In addition:
Athletes can apply spray on weakened areas to give the areas extra support, 10 to 20 minutes before activity.

Time Guidelines
For topical applications, wait about 10 to 20 minutes for the nourishment in your aura to be reflected in your body, at which time you should feel an improvement.
