Spray once or twice as needed. Use sparingly.
- To treat local areas of your body that are in pain, injured, weakened, tightened, diseased, or functioning poorly, spray once on the skin of the target area. Allow the spray droplets to air dry or gently massage them into the area. Repeat up to several times a day.
- To uplift your emotions, help loosen karmic patterns, or strengthen mental acuity and focus, spray once on the menubrium, which is the flat bone at the top center of your sternum, just below the “u”-shaped sternal notch. Alternatively, stand and spray upwards in front of you about one foot higher than the top of your head. Walk into the spray.
