    This necklace is such a great basis tool for “everything” – and its still so humble and simple. For me it helped my body remember what its inner clockwork needs and how it fits together. I am very foggy in the morning, and putting on this necklace as soon as I wake up, wakes me up better and faster than coffee! Its like turning on a switch.
