Gemstone Therapy Practitioner Certification is earned by completing a curriculum that involves:

At-home study

Self-therapy practice

Workshop and at-home training

5 Steps to Certification

1. You may begin the certification track at any time by purchasing the Foundation Training Open Book Exam Pack in our online store.

When you begin the certification track, we welcome you to our growing community of gemstone therapy students. We will email you the password to the student’s webpage, and invite you to the students-only conference calls.

You can take as long as you like to complete the Foundation Training open book exam, although we suggest that you give yourself a goal of 3 to 6 months.

Although not mandatory to complete the Foundation Training, we strongly suggest you attend a Foundation Workshop, especially if you are interested in certification. You'll not only learn the skills and techniques of gemstone therapy, but receive personal one-on-one training with a gemstone therapy mentor. Schedule some time with a mentor the day after the workshop ends to fulfill the requirement for proficiency evaluation.

2. Complete the Foundation Training and all assigments.This includes turning in your completed exam packet to your mentor, who will grade it and discuss the results with you.

3. Learn the 8 Practitioner Level-1 Protocols

When you have successfully completed all Foundation Training requirements, you are eligible to attend Gemstone Therapy Practitioner Training.

4. Serve as an Gemstone Therapy Institute intern and complete Practitioner Level-1 requirements.

When you have learned all 8 of the Practitioner Level 1 gemstone therapy protocols, you become a Gemstone Therapy Institute intern. GTI interns are invited to the interns-only online "gemchat" discussion group and are eligible for 20% discount on all GEMFormulas products at any time.

The Practitioner Training requirements, include performing 100 gemstone therapy sessions.

5. Successfully complete the final in-person oral exam.

Benefits of Practitioner Certification

Those who complete the training:

May add the credentials "GTP" after their name. (Stands for Gemstone Therapy Practitioner.)

May attend Practitioner Level-2 training.

Are eligible to attend gemstone therapy retreats as a practitioner.

Are eligible to teach the Foundation training.

Receive a Gemstone Therapy Institute diploma:

Your training in advanced gemstone therapy continues with Practitioner Level-2 webinars and other graduate courses.
