Necklace and bracelet repair services are available for gemstones originally purchased from our shop. Jewelry repairs are completed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Restringing prices vary based on the complexity of the work required to return your healing gemstone jewelry to its full therapeutic capacity.
Our warranty: Necklaces or bracelets that show signs of faulty stringing within 90 days of delivery are eligible for free restringing. Necklaces or bracelets damaged by accidents such as being dropped on a hard surface or inadvertently ripped apart do not qualify for warranty coverage.
Nor does the warranty cover gemstones whose color has obviously faded because you have tried to clear them by placing them in the sun or in a window
Projects that require extra attention will be subject to an extra care fee. Extra care is sometimes required for matching colors and sizes of broken beads, restringing necklaces 32” or longer, and other various reasons.
If extra care is required for your project, we will discuss it with you prior to starting any work on your jewelry.
Jewelry repairs are completed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We will not be servicing repairs between June 1st and July 15th and between November 1st and December 15th in order to focus on restocking our inventory.
If you send us projects during these periods, you will be notified that your gems have arrived safely and will be held in our vault. If we have a backlog upon resuming repair services, it may take several weeks to address your project.
If we have time to fit in repairs, we will do so at our discretion.
We will take the utmost care of your gems while they are in our possession; however, we are not liable if they are lost or stolen in transit or due to other events beyond our control. We highly recommend insuring your shipment for the maximum replacement value.
Cleanse your gemstones thoroughly. Place each item you’d like us to repair in a clear plastic bag. In each bag, include a note with your name, phone number, email address, and instructions.

Our upgrade service is available to new customers who want to maximize the potential of the gemstone necklaces they collected before they found us. See the list of eligible gemstones to upgrade below.
Upgrading incorporates all the advancements to Gemstone Therapy necklaces since the necklace was originally purchased. This includes adding a clasp and the appropriate symbiotic partner, incorporating numerology into the necklace design, and removing any non-therapeutic beads.
Your approval will be required before any alterations are made to your necklace.
We handle each upgrade as a unique item and work hard to tailor it to fit your needs and preferences.
We ensure your newly upgraded necklace is fully cleansed and clear before returning it to you.
Projects sent in for upgrade or repair are completed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Upon arrival, your gems will be cataloged and entered into our database. You will then be contacted to discuss the details of your project(s) and expected costs. When you approve the project plan and budget, it will go into the stringing queue. Upon completion of stringing, we will contact you to finalize the return shipping plan and payment.
For storage and liability purposes, we can only accept jewelry you’re ready to have repaired or upgraded.
If you’re considering an upgrade or repair project but aren’t sure what you’d like to do yet, please contact us before sending in any gemstones. We’ll be happy to review them and discuss your options with you. Then, if you’d like to proceed with an upgrade or repair, you can mail us your item(s). Any gems we receive without a definitive request for repair or upgrade will be returned at the sender’s expense after two weeks.

In some cases, we may have to cut a strand and single out one gem (with your prior permission) in order to identify it. If it turns out to be treated or otherwise non-therapeutic, we will restring it for you at our standard rate if you want it restrung.
G.I.A. gemologist evaluation fee: $39 per gemstone
This is now included in the upgrade fee at $10 per necklace and $5 per bracelet design.
