    I always feel more optimistic when I wear Carnelian for any length of time. Recently I found another benefit. I have been wearing Carnelian/White Beryl 24/7 for several days and find myself wanting to move more. I just can’t sit comfortably in one position for too long anymore. I have to stretch and move. I feel my body is waking up. Perfect timing as we transition from winter into spring!

    I have a double helix bright Carnelian and it brings out a youthful glow when I put it on. When I wear it for longer periods of time I have better access to an effortless fun creative process. I bought this design because I have some dna-issues that science hasnt completely figured out yet, and I am curious to trying different energetic methods to bring balance through different channels despite the mutation, such as Diamond work, Lightening and double helix Carnelian.
