The Benefits of Wearing Therapeutic Gemstone Bracelets

The Core Four Bracelet Can Help You:

  • Harmonize chronic joint conditions, osteoporosis, poor bone health, broken bones, or mineral deficiency.
  • Improve the vitality of your teeth and gums.
  • Find and maintain better posture and vertebral alignment.
  • Feel more comfortable with yourself.
  • Resist and reduce cravings for unhealthy foods.

Core Four consists of Apatite, Indigo, White Coral, and Freshwater Pearl. These four gemstones work synergistically to provide complete energetic support for the skeletal system, including bones, ligaments, joints, and teeth. Apatite draws nourishment to bone. Indigo is the predominant color in the spectrum of healthy bone, and is supplied by the Indigo gem. Meanwhile, White Coral energy builds and supports bone matrix, to pave the way for nutrients to fill holes and deficiencies in bone. When combined with White Coral, Freshwater Pearl soothes, softens, and refreshes the joints.

Therapeutic-Quality Parameters for Core 4

Therapeutic-quality Apatite is a bright blue-green color. This color can vary along a relatively narrow spectrum. The Indigo used in this necklace is the truest indigo color we can find, with few, if any, white inclusions. The White Coral is a true, consistent white, without tints of pink, and the Freshwater Pearl is pure white.

To fulfill the mission of this necklace, Apatite spheres or rondels can be used. Rounded wheel shapes are also therapeutic because of their uniformity. The chip form, however, throws energy inconsistently and does not work in this case. Freshwater Pearl buttons must be evenly shaped for best energetic support of the joints.

Our therapeutic gemstone bracelets are made with the same therapeutic-quality* gems as our necklaces and earrings. Designs are based on our necklaces and offer the same benefits.

Bracelet comes with a wood button clasp unless special ordered otherwise.

Use an extender to add the length required to wear around your ankle.

Bracelet Availability
Our standard bracelet lengths are 7.25 and 8 inches (about 18.5 – 20 cm). Because of the variation of individuals’ wrist sizes, we gladly accept special orders. Bracelets can be made based on any of our necklace designs. To calculate your bracelet size, measure the exact circumference of your wrist. We will make your bracelet a little longer to fit. Your bracelet may stretch slightly with wear.

Bracelet Care
Cleanse your GEMFormulas’ bracelets as you would our necklaces, using the GEMFormulas’ Clearing Sprays . They should be cleansed daily.

Store bracelets with the clasp open, and spiraled if possible. Keep them with your gemstone necklaces or draped on a bracelet tree.

Bracelets made of the softer gems like Apatite in the Core Four bracelet, require extra care. These gems can break or scratch easily so avoid wearing them when they might knock against desks or countertops.

Core Four is a bracelet that you should wear for as long and often as possible for best results. When you go to bed, keep it within two feet of your body by laying it on a nightstand. Alternatively, keep it in bed with you. Try placing it below your feet when you sleep.

GEMFormulas bracelets can be used in a variety of ways besides wearing them around your wrist. They can be placed on the body as a poultice, used instead of necklaces in Gemstone Therapy procedures including self-therapies, and wrapped around a therapy wand to be applied in the aura.

You can wear a bracelet on the left or right wrist, and switch between sides as you wish. Wear as many bracelets as your body calls for. We used to suggest limiting the number to three, until we learned that some people require complex combinations of gemstone bracelets and necklaces to meet their particular needs.

Do you love bracelets? Try wrapping your gemstone necklaces around your wrist, for a multi-layered effect. You may need an extender to make them fit.

Bracelets are safe to wear when you sleep. While falling asleep, you can place the palm of the hand that has the bracelet around it over an area you want to work on. The gemstones will continue to support it for as long as your hand remains in that position.

Applying gemstones in the aura is an important part of Gemstone Therapy. Common gemstone therapy movements can easily be replicated with a bracelet on the wrist, simply by moving your arm in circles or in other ways.

The idea for this necklace was born during a remote gemstone therapy session. My client’s bones appeared so depleted they looked like sponges. I brought in Apatite energy, but it wasn’t enough. Then White Coral energy appeared along with the indigo color ray, and the shift was remarkable. I witnessed the energetic matrix of the bone as it began to fill in where it was needed.

This combination of gemstones appeared in many more sessions, rebuilding the matrix for both bones and teeth. Sometimes the capillaries, lymph vessels, and nerves within the bones needed boosting with Carnelian and Dumortierite, White Beryl, and Amethyst respectively. I also noticed that with enhanced bone vitality, muscle vitality increased as well.

The combination appeared often enough that I knew I had to make a necklace of these gemstones. If the people whose bones needed these gemstone energies wore the necklace, then future therapies could address other issues or deeper ones.

I’d learned that the number 8 supported the skeletal system, so I knew this number would be integral to the design. The idea for where to place the Indigo came like a whisper in my head, although I realized the source was probably one of my inner-world gemstone therapy instructors. It made perfect sense that the Indigo would be placed so it would have direct contact with the spine. The White Coral would appear somewhere in the front of the necklace. At this time, I didn’t realize the necklace would contain a fourth gemstone.

Finally the day came to write about the necklace. I’d gotten up early, but didn’t feel like getting out of bed. I have to respect my body’s need for rest to maintain my health, so I decided to take notes while lying down.  I traveled inwardly to a city on the supraphysical plane, and to a room where I usually meet a certain doctor of gemstone medicine who teaches me about the necklaces. He was there but told me our appointment would be at 11:00AM that morning, and that I should come back then.

I was ready now though. Couldn’t we adjust ourselves on the time track and assume it was 11:00AM anyway?  We’d done this before. No, he said, we’d meet at 11:00AM. So at exactly this time I sat down and went within. Somehow I ended up in a familiar library on the astral plane. (Inner travel isn’t always as exacting as physical travel!) The doctor’s assistant was there, a person who has helped me research gemstones in the past.

He said we would start with the name of the necklace and its constituents. But I couldn’t hear the name, and he clearly stated there were 4 gemstones. While he named them, my mind wrestled with this news. I was so convinced there were only 3 gemstones in the necklace that I couldn’t hear the fourth one when he called it out. To help me, he pulled up a memory of a treatment I’d done with someone whose joints needed Freshwater Pearl, plus an image of a gemandala I’d made using that gemstone for joints. Now I understood.  So, there really were four gemstones!  I then got the word “Core” and then “Four.” Although it wasn’t easy getting past my mental concepts of what I thought this necklace was to be, I finally got it.

The experience was humbling and reminded me that I’m also in training. There is much to learn and much to share.

In another example of how I received help with this necklace’s design, when I realized I didn’t know exactly where the Freshwater Pearl would go, I placed them where I thought they’d go best. It didn’t feel right, but I couldn’t imagine any other option.

“If they don’t feel right, then what?” the doctor’s assistant asked.

“Then they’re not right,” I admitted, “But where else would they go?”

He gave me a suggestion.  It was an obvious solution, but because my mind had determined the need for 8 White Coral in a certain order I couldn’t see it at first. Gratitude also goes to Linda Lile for a final refinement of the design.

The Core Four bracelet is based on the Core Four necklace design.
