Apatite draws nourishment to bone and reminds it of its structural underpinnings. Indigo is the predominant color in the spectrum of healthy bone and is supplied by the Indigo gem. Meanwhile, White Coral energy supports bone matrix. As it heals, the way is paved for dietary nutrients to fill holes and deficiencies in bone. When combined with White Coral, Freshwater Pearl soothes, softens, and refreshes the joints.

Within Gemstone Therapy, Core Four is designed to support and vitalize the energetic structures associated with healthy bones.

We understand the bones as the physical expression of a structural matrix that extends throughout the subtle-body system. This matrix is nourished primarily by the indigo color ray. Indigo also plays an organizing role in the balance of the other colors that support the matrix.

This energetic balance is dynamic and may shift in response to changing circumstances. In our observations, stress can disturb this balance, while supportive environments and therapeutic work can help restore greater energetic harmony.

Apatite is used to invite the supporting color rays associated with healthy bone and to remind bone of its inherent energetic matrix. Adding Indigo provides a direct source of the indigo color ray, which we consider central to maintaining and adjusting the supporting energetic spectrum.

When that energetic matrix is depleted or weakened, Apatite alone may work gradually. White Coral brings another quality to the formula. Within Gemstone Therapy, White Coral has an affinity for supporting and filling energetic matrices. When fashioned into spheres and incorporated into Core Four, this quality is directed toward the energetic matrix associated with bone.

Provides soothing, cooling energies for aggravated, hot, and angry joints.

Joints are an essential part of the skeletal system, allowing bones to move in relationship to one another. In freely movable, or synovial, joints such as the knees, elbows, and wrists, the ends of the bones are covered with articular cartilage. The joint itself is enclosed by a capsule lined with a synovial membrane, which helps produce and maintain the fluid that lubricates the joint.

Within Gemstone Therapy, Freshwater Pearl has a particular affinity with the joints. A Pearl is formed from layers of nacre covering its surface, creating an interesting correspondence with the protective, lubricated surfaces and linings found within a joint.

Freshwater Pearl also has a soothing, cooling nature. Its watery energy is used to calm the fiery, irritated energetic qualities we may perceive around an aggravated joint. When combined with White Coral in Core Four, it brings a softer, more fluid quality to the formula's energetic support of the skeletal system.

Normalizes food cravings and helps you establish healthy desires for the foods your body really needs.

Your teeth are an important component of your skeletal system. As a storehouse for minerals, your bones and teeth are programmed to work with your tongue to stimulate desires for foods that will provide the nutrients you need. Key to this programming are your teeth, because they are in constant relationship with your tongue.

Ideally, your tongue collects information from your teeth and stimulates your desires for the food you need to restore nutrient balance. Your teeth reflect the health of your bones. If your bones are deficient enough, your teeth will be too. And they will not be able to effectively communicate food desires to your tongue to fulfill nutrient needs.

Deficient bones scream for help, and this is often the origin of food cravings.  Ideally, these cravings would be for nutrient-rich foods.  Unfortunately, these cravings can be skewed by addictions, which are often governed by imbalances in brain chemistry or blockages or unhealthy patterns in the causal body.

If you see food that appeals to your eyes, such as fancy desserts or food in colorful wrappers, you may be tempted to eat this food. Too much sugar and other stimulants can override the information coming from your teeth. They create an artificial brain chemistry that can be maintained only if you continue to eat the sugar or other stimulants. Thus, an addiction is born. Food cravings are now dictated by the brain’s need to keep its chemistry intact rather than serve actual nutrient requirements.

Wearing this necklace and enhancing the vitality of your bones will enable them to more strongly and clearly communicate their nutrient needs through your teeth to your tongue.

Centers your body within your auric fields.

Your bones reside in the center of your body, and your flesh surrounds them. Similarly, your body lies in the center of your being, and the layers of your aura surround it. Many imbalances in physical, emotional, and mental health involve the partial displacement of these auric layers in relation to each other. Misalignments of physical structures (such as vertebrae) can sometimes be traced to such energetic displacements.

Ideally, the physical body and the layers of its aura should fit together like nesting dolls. When they do not, stress is placed upon certain areas of the body. Over time, this can cause subluxations, poor posture, tense muscles, or depressed organ function.

When you wear the Core Four formula, not only is your physical skeletal system vitalized, but so are the structural components of your aura. With better structure, your energies become more organized at all levels. This can translate into clearer emotions, memory, and thoughts.

Therapeutic-Quality Parameters for Core Four

Therapeutic-quality Apatite is bright blue-green. This color can vary along a relatively narrow spectrum. The Indigo used in this necklace is the truest indigo color we can find, with few, if any, white inclusions. The White Coral is a true, consistent white, without any pink tint, and the Freshwater Pearl is pure white.

To fulfill the mission of this necklace, Apatite spheres or rondels can be used. Rounded wheel shapes are also therapeutic because of their uniformity. The chip form, however, throws energy inconsistently and does not work in this case. Freshwater Pearl buttons must be evenly shaped for the best energetic support of the joints.

How to Use the Core Four Necklace

Core Four is a necklace that you should wear for as long and as often as possible for best results. When you go to bed, keep it within 2 feet of your body by laying it on a nightstand. Alternatively, keep it in bed with you. Try placing it below your feet when you sleep.

General Guidelines

Wearing therapeutic gemstone jewelry around your neck or on your wrist or ears is by far the easiest way to enjoy its healing benefits. Therapeutic gemstones may also be applied to the body as a poultice or strung on a therapy wand and applied to the aura.

The Backstory of Core Four Formula

To develop the GEMFormulas’ necklaces, Isabelle consults with her Gemstone Therapy teachers in the higher planes or the gemstone guardians in charge of the gemstones used. Here, Isabelle shares some of her personal experiences behind the scenes in the development of this necklace.

The idea for this necklace was born during a remote gemstone therapy session. My client’s bones appeared so depleted they looked like sponges. I brought in Apatite energy, but it wasn’t enough. Then White Coral energy appeared along with the indigo color ray, and the shift was remarkable. I witnessed the energetic matrix of the bone as it began to fill in where it was needed.

This combination of gemstones appeared in many more sessions, rebuilding the matrix for both bones and teeth. Sometimes the capillaries, lymph vessels, and nerves within the bones needed boosting with Carnelian and Dumortierite, White Beryl, and Amethyst, respectively.

I also noticed that with enhanced bone vitality, muscle vitality increased as well. The combination appeared often enough that I knew I had to make a necklace of these gemstones. If the people whose bones needed these gemstone energies wore the necklace, then future therapies could address other issues or deeper ones.

I’d learned that the number eight supported the skeletal system, so I knew this number would be integral to the design. The idea for where to place the Indigo came like a whisper in my head, although I realized the source was probably one of my inner-world Gemstone Therapy instructors. It made perfect sense that the Indigo would be placed so it would have direct contact with the spine. The White Coral would appear somewhere in the front of the necklace. At this time, I didn’t realize the necklace would contain a fourth gemstone.

Finally, the day came to write about the necklace. I’d gotten up early, but didn’t feel like getting out of bed. I have to respect my body’s need for rest to maintain my health, so I decided to take notes while lying down.  I traveled inwardly to a city on the supraphysical plane, and to a room where I usually meet a certain doctor of gemstone medicine who teaches me about the necklaces.

He was there but told me our appointment would be at 11:00 AM that morning, and that I should come back then. I was ready now, though. Couldn’t we adjust ourselves to the time track and assume it was 11:00 AM anyway?  We’d done this before.

No, he said, we’d meet at 11:00 AM.

So at exactly this time I sat down and went within. Somehow I ended up in a familiar library on the astral plane. (Inner travel isn’t always as exacting as physical travel!) The doctor’s assistant was there, a person who has helped me research gemstones in the past.

He said we would start with the name of the necklace and its constituents. But I couldn’t hear the name, and he clearly stated there were four gemstones. While he named them, my mind wrestled with this news. I was so convinced there were only three gemstones in the necklace that I couldn’t hear the fourth one when he called it out.

To help me, he pulled up a memory of a treatment I’d done with someone whose joints needed Freshwater Pearl, plus an image of a gemandala I’d made using that gemstone for joints.

Now I understood.

So, there really were four gemstones! I then got the word “Core” and then “Four.” Although it wasn’t easy getting past my mental concepts of what I thought this necklace was to be, I finally got it.

The experience was humbling and reminded me that I’m also in training. There is much to learn and much to share.

In another example of how I received help with this necklace’s design, when I realized I didn’t know exactly where the Freshwater Pearl would go, I placed them where I thought it would go best. It didn’t feel right, but I couldn’t imagine any other option.

“If they don’t feel right, then what?” the doctor’s assistant asked.

“Then they’re not right,” I admitted. “But where else would they go?”

He gave me a suggestion.  It was an obvious solution, but because my mind had determined the need for eight White Coral in a certain order, I couldn’t see it at first.

Gratitude also goes to Linda Lile for a final refinement of the design. Besides Apatite, the necklace now consists of eight Freshwater Pearls, eight smaller White Corals, and three larger White Corals, plus eight Indigo. Four on each side.
